Our Process

Initial Enquiry

Call, email or make an appointment to visit Snowgum Homes to inspect and review our range of homes. Here you can speak with staff at Snowgum Homes that will be able to answer any questions regarding your individual requirements and costs involved in your build. We can either build you a home or accomodation direct from our range or customize something to suit your needs. Starter Pack

Once you are ready to proceed, the process commences with the Starter Pack. Here we will help design your home and lodge all the necessary documentation to obtain a building permit.

Schedule and Selections

Here, we use an online portal for all communication regarding your build. Our online portal allows you to make all your selections for your home, so there is no miscommunication. With our online schedule, it will give you up to date information with where the build process is, with progress photos along the way.

Construction

Once permits are issued, your home or accomodation is constructed in our factory, within 14-16 weeks, without any hindrance from weather or outside interruptions. During construction you will receive updates from our online portal to how your home is progressing you will be invited to view it at our factory prior to delivery. You will be able to inspect it for quality and finish to ensure it meets your highest standards.

Delivery and Handover

The home is delivered to your site and installed by our team. Our installations usually last between 1 to 3 days depending on the size and location of the home. You will require a further 2-3 weeks for all connections to be finalised.

Handover! Meet us on site to see your new home or accomodation and begin to enjoy your unique creation.
